Who we are

recursiv.ch is operated by K2ELK GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@recursiv.ch.

Information we use

We process contact details and project information you send us, plus technical data needed to operate and protect the website. We use this information to respond, prepare proposals and manage our work with you.

Service providers

Our technical providers process data for hosting, security, email delivery and analytics. These include Vercel for website infrastructure and Resend for email delivery. Project enquiries may also be stored in our project management system. We do not sell personal data.

Processing abroad

Our providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Applicable data protection requirements and safeguards govern these transfers. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.

Analytics and preferences

With your permission, we use analytics and performance tools to understand usage and improve the website. Vercel Web Analytics does not use tracking cookies. Google Analytics is enabled only when configured and accepted. We remember your language and privacy choices in your browser.

Forms and project previews

Contact forms send your details to our team for review and follow-up. Interactive work previews load external websites, whose providers receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information.

Retention and security

We keep personal data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, work with you and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Contact us to request deletion or details about retention.

Your rights

Under Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable. Email info@recursiv.ch to make a request.

Updates
