What you would do
- Find where new work comes from, then prove it with something other than a hunch.
- Run outbound experiments end to end — list, message, send, measure, kill or scale.
- Sit in on sales calls and write down what people actually objected to.
- Feed what you learn back into the pitch, the pricing and the product.
What you would need
- You are comfortable being told no, at volume, for weeks.
- Spreadsheets do not scare you and neither does a half-broken CRM export.
- You can write a cold email that does not read like a cold email.
- You test before you argue. A strong opinion with no data is just a mood.
Miss one of these and apply anyway. We have never filled a list exactly and we do not expect you to.
